Primary Goal: Provide easy access to information that will keep every member involved in club activities and connected to each other and the community.
OBJECTIVES
1) Improve and maintain the club website.
2) Maintain print and electronic versions of a directory designed to help members interact with each other and identify members' talents, professional abilities and interests.
3) Establish an effective process for rapid and efficient dissemination of club information to media outlets (print/radio/TV/Web)
4) Schedule interesting programs throughout the year that highlight issues of importance within our community and inform members about the actions our club is taking to improve our community.
5) Create and deliver interesting newsletters (Slants) each week via mail and email.

Membership Support & Development

Primary Goal: To keep all members fully engaged in and excited about the club at all ages and all stages of membership.
OBJECTIVES
1) Create and promote social events
2) Increase membership (26 net member gain).
3) Host an orientation lunch/breakfast for each potential new member with present and past leadership to clarify member expectations.
4) Pay attention to our members in every way possible

b) Powerful & Moving Memorial Service
c) Warm Greetings Always & Condolences When Needed

Primary Goal: Engage the club in the betterment of our community.
OBJECTIVES
1) Complete Donnelly-site expansion.
2) Development of a multi-faceted plan for beautification of the park, including integration of any passive measures that will reduce or eliminate undesirable activity in the park.
3) Complete a feasibility study for new/converted upscale enclosed pavilion for use as Sertoma meeting site, wedding receptions, etc.

Community Based ProjectsM

Primary Goal: Actively involve the club in changing lives for the better within our community.
OBJECTIVES
1) Provide recommendations and a budget request to the Board of Directors for funding community outreach projects.
2) Broaden club participation in the Serteen Club program
a) One club member assigned to each Serteen Club
b) Formalize process with schools for disseminating scholarship monies
3) Provide at least three nominations for the following awards:
a) Service to Mankind
b) Freedom and American Way
4) Submit Service to Mankind and Freedom and American Way award winners for regional and international consideration

Primary Goal: Raise funds to support the club's community efforts. Manage all resources effectively and efficiently for the benefit of the club's purposes.
Fundraising

Primary Goal: Raise significant and increasing levels of funding to support all of the club's projects, while having fun in the process.
OBJECTIVES
1) Achieve targeted levels of proceeds and member participation at all club sponsored events.
2) Achieve a net income from fundraising of $200,000
a) Aggressively pursue increasing revenue from the chicken barbecue
b) Evaluate efficacy of the C&W Music Fest, and either increase revenue or substitute a new project
3) Explore possible sources of additional revenue from park concessions or other park activities.

Administration & Financial Management
Director: Charlie Feyock
Primary Goal: Manage resources wisely and effectively for the benefit of the club's purposes.
OBJECTIVES
1) Assist with establishing a budget for approval at the July BOD meeting
2) Prepare a report for the board reviewing:
a) Financial policies and procedures
b) Insurance coverage
3) Ensure that all facility arrangements are in place weekly and that a warm yet professional atmosphere exists for all meetings.
4) Ensure that attendance, minutes, and all other record-keeping and reporting is conducted accurately and in a timely fashion.
